If you wish to delete your activities or personal information associated with the XUMiN app, you can follow these simple steps:

How to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Send an email to our support team at support@xumin.in
  2. Use the subject line: “Request for User Data Deletion – [Your Name/Business Name]”.
  3. In the email body, please provide your registered mobile number or Business ID used with our services.
  4. Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and delete your data from our servers within 7 to 10 business days.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon a valid request, we will remove:

  • Your contact information support@xumin.in.
  • Any stored message logs or metadata associated with your account.
  • Account configuration settings.

Note: Please be aware that deleting your data will result in the immediate termination of your access to XUMiN WABA services.
